Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our well established client based in Epping as part of their growth programme As a property manager you will be expected to offer excellent customer service at all times The Role: Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords offering a high level of customer service at all times Chasing late/overdue rents Logging maintenance issues from tenants Coordinating with contractors to attend properties to quote on maintenance issues Arranging for inventories to be carried out Arranging for check ins and check outs to be carried out Carrying out quarterly inspections Sending inspection reports to landlords making recommendations where necessary Negotiating contract renewals Preparing tenancy agreements for tenants and landlords Processing and negotiating end of tenancy deposits and reports Arrange annual gas safety certificates Organise end of tenancy cleans where necessary Registering tenants’ deposits with TDS Liaise with utility companies The person: At least 12 months property management experience Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written Must be well organised Have excellent attention to detail
