REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - Bridging £50,000 - £80,000 basic NW / SW/ Midlands Aimee Willow Connex are working with a short term, asset-based Lender who look to lend money off the back of Property Assets. Their focus is BRIDGING FINANCE . This private investment fund has been set up to provide bespoke, short term, asset backed funding to the UK SME market, and they are looking for REGIONAL SALES DIRECTORS to join their team. -You will be working within the area you are based, whether that be the NW, SW or Midlands. -You must come with Bridging experience and a large professional and broker contact database to engage and create opportunities. -Previous sales experience in property / ABL lending with a proven track record of sourcing introductions through to completion is specifically required. As an experienced new business professional, you must be able to prove your selling ability, previous deals, yearly figures of money lent out and a strong network of brokers, accountants and legal professionals. The basic for this role is high so the right candidate will want to be walking away each year with £100K - £160K minimum, not to be satisfied with the basic and subsequently do the minimum necessary.
