Sales and Marketing assistant - Immediate start- Full training provided Here at NXT Wave we want to generate a wave of excitement in the sales and marketing industry. With our most recent expansion to Edinburgh, we are looking for individuals who are looking to dive into a new industry or to push their skills further. With an emphasis on training and development, we focus more on the individual rather than background or experience. We will provide the step on the ladder to kick start a career in sales and marketing. We are looking for individuals who want to: Work in a positive driven environment. Develop their skill set in sales and marketing Become a team leader or mentor Perfect their public speaking Receive recognition and earnings based on performance. Handle a fast paced working environment Duties: Working alongside our team at industry private site events Increase our clients brand awareness, customer base and market share Track and record trends in new markets and areas Become an expert on new and existing clients Taking a role in teaching and developing Handling customer enquiries, sales and promotion of client Benefits: Training from industry experts No seniority Regular mentor and network opportunities Bonuses, competitions and incentives TRAVEL opportunities both nationally and internationally What we are looking for: Individuals with a great work ethic and positive attitude Confidence to work independently and as part of a team Someone with a willingness to learn and develop We live by a work hard play hard principle So an individual will need to be able to fit in with our companies environment. Someone with great time management and relationship building skills. Our contractors are self-employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, all earnings are uncapped; therefore, the harder you work, the more you can earn Successful candidates will be invited for a full day observation at one of our marketing events. As this is part of the interview process you will not be compensated for your time.
