The company is run by the owners who have masses of experience and a great reputation in the neighbourhood, integrating with the community and attracting much of their business through recommendations. The skills required for this PROPERTY MANAGER role will include: Previous experience in Lettings Property Management Excellent customer service Strong organisational skills Experience in Tenancy Renewals and Client Account Reconciliation The ability to build strong business relationships A clean manual driving license Ability to build strong business relationships Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation attracting many of its clients through repeat and recommended business.
