Overview

Our client is a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare products in the UK. They currently have a fantastic opportunity to work within their Contract Sales Team as a Sales Executive. Location: Chessington, Surrey Salary: Up to £24.5k per annum plus 8 weekly bonus schemeand other benefits. The overall purpose of this role is to achieve sales and other targets on an 8 weekly call cycle basis, specific campaign or yearly basis through telephone contact within an agreed territory. You will maintain and grow business targets for designated client brands in selected Independent Pharmacy and small Key Account customers across England, Scotland and Wales, developing strong customer relationships at the most senior or appropriate level to drive objectives and results. Adopt a neutral stance when representing and presenting client brands and take the most cost effective and commercially rewarding business decisions. You will also create a multi-contact data base for each pharmacy call and capture the data in an accurate and timely manner, capturing orders and other appropriate data or insights in a timely and affective manner and transmitting orders through to the wholesaler of choice for the customer. Our ideal candidate will have/be; Excellent telephone communication skills with previous telesales experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be a bonus Able to demonstrate enthusiasm, determination and a commitment to excellence. Strong interpersonal skills A solid commercial knowledge and able to demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge of the marketplace, commercial and financial awareness in order to achieve business objectives and develop future strategies. The ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the competitions offering and how to satisfy customer needs with the features and benefits of the client product range.
