Overview
Our client is a long established and highly respected Building Contractor operating across the Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Leisure Sectors & focussed on profitable organic growth they wish to appoint a Business Development Manager. The Role Reporting into the board, you will lead the company Business Development function across the territory targeting new and existing clients. You will monitor market intelligence and work on strategy working closely with partners, national contractors, public & private sectors, clients & developers. The Person Ideally degree / MCIOB qualified you will have a successful track record of developing existing clients & new clients to secure work revenues in the building contracting sector. You will have an in-depth knowledge of public sector procurement with the gravitas & communication skills to communicate at all levels.
