Property Sales Negotiator Estate Agent Property Sales Consultant – London - £22,000 - £25,000pa OTE depending on experience plus car allowance/company car and end of year discretionary profit share Basic £18,000pa This award winning, privately owned family run business, established since 1977, are looking for an experienced PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT for their busy and well established branch in Central London This is a pivotal role in a busy office, with a great opportunity for long term career progression. You must demonstrate a record of achieving consistent results, working within a team and on your own initiative. You will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years experience within Estate Agency as a Sales Negotiator/Consultant with a previous track record in residential sales and be able to demonstrate success. Our clients are looking for a Sales Consultant/Negotiator who is confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, dynamic, target driven and ambitious. As a Sales Consultant/Negotiator, your main responsibilities will include: ·Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling ·Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings ·Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers ·Conducting market appraisals What we’re looking for: ·Previous estate agency experience ·Cold / warm calling experience ·Excellent presentation and communication skills ·Drive and determination with a desire to succeed ·Strong team player but with the ability to work alone ·Excellent presentation and communication skills ·Financially driven This is a rare opportunity to join a very successful and ambitious company.
