Overview
Our clients expanding Estate Agency requires a motivated & enthusiastic Branch Manager to over-see multiple branches across East London. Responsibilities will be: Manage the day to day running of several branches Maximising business income & profit Identifying development needs, implementing agreed business plans The setting & reviewing of office & personal targets Motivating staff Preforming 1:1 reviews The ideal Branch Manager will have the desire to succeed, with the motivation to achieve against performance targets, driving profit and reputation. The successful candidate will need: Estate Agency Branch Manager experience Results driven Excellent ability to build rapport Motivated to exceed targets Exceptional customer service skills Full driving licence Desire to develop a career within the group Confident to manage a varied team across several branches In return, our client is offering a competitive basic of £30,000 pa, commission providing an OTE Of £60,000 - £65,000 pa and many additional company benefits Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
