Overview
Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a superb faith-based international development organisation to recruit their new Director. Focused on developing a new fundraising strategy, the postholder will be an entrepreneurial professional, comfortable working directly with the Board and in an international context. The Director will be responsible for managing and supervising the start-up of the fundraising strategy in the UK and will lead on all aspects of fundraising delivery too. You will cultivate and develop donor relationships across all fundraising areas build and maintain a strong network of relationships with funders. The Director will be highly organised and work directly with the Board of Trustees each day. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a significant track record of creating and delivering a successful revenue-generating strategy, as well as building and managing income generations teams. You will be a creative fundraiser and will be able to demonstrate success in securing significant funding from a variety of sources. The selected candidate will have considerable experience and ideally will be able to point to several five and six figure partnerships that they have been responsible for generating.
