About us Our Trade Parts Team in Nottingham are part of the successful Volkswagen team within Vertu Motors. We offer an ultimate experience delivering Volkswagen Group Genuine Parts to our Trade customers. We are recruiting a Parts Sales Executive to join our Nottingham site. We have a great team on site who develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide them with expert knowledge, advice and support. About the Role Your duties will include but are not limited to: accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, identify and maximise all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, achieving personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets and record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager. You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts. About You You will be an integral member of the aftersales team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a parts or distribution operation involving regular telephone contact with retail or trade customers or experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environment. It would also be beneficial for you to have experience of the ETKA system. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
