Overview
Due to exceptional growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to join my client who are a well-established household name based in Central London . In this role you will be expected to manage and lead a mixed sales team to achieve an agreed business plan, through highly visible leadership and clear communication of objectives. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the aspiration to eventually enter a leadership position. The Candidate: • CEMAP Qualified • Minimum of 1 years mortgage advising experience • Minimum of 2 years sales management experience • Strong Leadership skill • Ability to develop people • A good understanding of the mortgage market, products and services, and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in Mortgages This is a unique position for the successful candidate to get involved at a firm that offers great training, a competitive remuneration package and excellent career prospects. A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 and an OTE of £70,000 will be provided to the successful individual.
