Overview
I am collaborating with one of the most leading and highly sought after consultancy brands in the global property industry, for a Property Manager role at Surveyor and Senior level. They are looking to bring someone into their Property Asset Management discipline to work directly for their internal client, within the Business Space Team. The portfolio is central London focused and covers the surrounding areas. Assets within the portfolio predominantly consist of commercial office, retail and industrial space. The role will be working directly for the client and will involve the property management of their real estate investment portfolio. Key elements of the role will include, client liaison and management, drafting and reconciliation of service charge and budgets, lease consultancy and L&T, management of supporting Building/Facilities managers and there will be some asset management in the medium term from a portfolio optimisation perspective. This is a great opportunity to gain some direct client facing experience and bolster your CV at an early stage in your career. The successful applicant will be a recently qualified Surveyor with experience in Property Management, service charge and client management.
