Overview
Joshua Robert Recruitment are working with a top regional multi-disciplinary practice. The business, who have several offices across the region, are now recruiting for a General Practice Surveyor to carry out a variety of professional work with both private and institutional clients across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset The successful applicant will work as part of a small team delivering commercial consultancy advice on a wide range of professional matters to a diverse and expanding portfolio of clients. The position will include landlord and tenant, valuation & instructions and development work, and supporting the management of our expanding commercial portfolio. The role will be based in the firms Salisbury office. The Candidate MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor Confident and competent to give advice on a wide range of professional matters Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and a great team player In return you will receive an attractive basic salary and the company promote flexible working along with an autonomous working culture.
