Enterprise Business Development Representative (home-based) Location: Home-based / remotely anywhere in the UK Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE) Benefits : unlimited holidays & super-flexible environment, £100 per month towards training/learning course of your choice Are you a super-motivated Business Developer looking for a ground-breaking SaaS-employer? Do you have a consultative, strategic approach to sales? Company : US-based SaaS provider focused on learning & training Who you are: 2 -3 years’ experience from Software Sales (ideally SaaS) Great Communicator in native-level English. You are concise, engaging and can easily explain complex details in perfect English. Self-motivated and thrive on the freedom of working remotely Willing and Coachable. You’re open to new ideas. You love feedback, make smart adjustments and realize that is the main way you can improve at what you do. Passionate . Whatever you love, you can talk for hours on it. Optimistic and Resilient . Rejection don’t bring you down and know that a "no" is not a "no", just a "not yet" Curious. Learning is fun to you What you will be doing: Qualitative lead generation and cold-calling businesses and setting up meetings for the field-based Sales Director (target is 12 booked meetings per month) Establishing strong relationships with clients over the phone, email & Linkedin Value your work-life balance & take regular breaks in the fresh air Invest in your own personal training & development (pick a course of your choice and the company will take care of the costs) ??
