Overview

Enterprise Software Sales experience and international experience sought for the Global Sales team of this market leading European provider of Payroll and HR solutions. Enterprise New Business Solutions Sales experience with International element is required, as is Human Capital Management (HCM) ie Payroll or HR solutions expertise. Home based in any UK location, frequently travel to meetings mainly in the UK but sometimes overseas and have the opportunity to connect with colleagues at one of several UK and European offices. C £75-80k base, double OTE plus car allowance and benefits. You will have experience of: selling SaaS software solutions and ideally also managed services. If this includes Payroll or HR solutions and services it's a plus complex high value sales expertise, c £300k - £500k or higher ARR for 3 to 5 year contracts value based sale, not features and benefits, with multiple high level client contacts ability to conduct sophisticated discovery processes resulting in proposing the relevant solution leveraging and co ordinating resources from multiple teams, including pre-sales, subject matter experts and sales people in other geographies selling to organisations with operations in multiple geographies Your role will: be relatively autonomous, as you plan your territory to win new business entail selling across many different industry sectors be field based ie many face to face sales meetings with senior decision makers involve being part of a global sales team with counterparts across Europe and beyond.
