The Associate Brand Manager will work closely with the European Brand Manager to ensure the Company's products meet and exceed consumer expectations, are commercially viable, achieve profitability and ROI goals, are well positioned in the marketplace, have a strategic marketing plan, and are brought to market successfully and managed throughout their lifecycle as ongoing brands. + Take ownership of allocated titles and work with the Global Brand team to develop GMP's + Write product positioning documents and strategies overseen by the European Brand Manager and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure consistency and buy-in + Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, ensuring compliance and consistency + Lead on allocated titles ensuring that the vision and strategy is translated across all communications, materials and promotions + Support the brand planning process to identify and articulate the market opportunities and positioning strategy - Build the Brand + Work with the territories, research consumer markets, monitor market trends and identify potential areas in which to invest, based on consumer needs and spending habits + Monitor product success and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research where possible + Understand and manage product lifecycle to maximise profitability in the European Markets + Monitor day-to-day performance of game and marketing campaigns to support and ensure products reach or exceed targets, including Game Data and profit and loss analysis + Develop an understanding of forecasting and budgeting, taking responsibility in managing the production budgets + Deliver well communicated game presentations at PR/Trade and corporate events, and internally to senior management + Ad hoc tasks as directed by the European Brand Manager + Good working knowledge of Excel and awareness of other data platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.) + Functional understanding of marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics + Knowledge of competitor products + Strong verbal, reporting and problem-solving skills + Creative and proactive + Strong communication and relationship building skills + High attention to detail + Passion for video games + Prior experience of Triple-A, Buy-to-Play MMO titles or equivalent Live Service / Games as a Service Titles is a plus + Prior experience of viewing and interpreting data is a plus Applicant Privacy Notice Job ID: 2020-1635 External Company URL: Street: Haymarket House
