Overview
THE FIRM: Our client is a well-established law firm which provides a wide range of legal services to a diverse range of businesses, not for profit organisations and private individuals. THE ROLE: A new role has arisen for an enthusiastic property litigation lawyer to join an established team with a client base ranging from property portfolio holders including charities and retailers, house builders and developers and government institutions. You will be working independently with your own caseload and for / alongside all senior solicitors in the team and supporting the partner on a range of matters from development and land disputes, residential and commercial property disputes. THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role you will be a recently qualified lawyer at the NQ-1PQE level with excellent academics and property litigation experience gained at a top national or City law firm. You will have a good understanding of disrepair claims, civil injunctions, tenancy fraud and previous experience of housing and tenancy management, tenancy and social housing litigation, to include emergency relief. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude along with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
