Capital Markets Lawyer - Elite US Firm London £140,000 - £175,000 Are you interested in working as a Capital Markets Lawyer with an elite US law firm? Do you want the platform to develop and progress your career? Would you like the opportunity to be a key player in a time of growth? Pro-Legal has been instructed by the Partners of this leading US firm who are looking for a Capital Markets Lawyer with between 1 and 3 years PQE to join their close-knit Corporate team. You will receive one of the market-leading salaries with a highly competitive benefits package. This is a go-to firm for high level, complex capital markets transactions. You will work on a mixture of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions. You will sit within the Corporate team and the right candidate will have the opportunity to work on broader M&A matters and other corporate matters. This role as a Capital Markets Lawyer will suit a Junior Lawyer who is a hardworking and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Those of interest will likely have: A very strong academic background 1 - 3 years' experience as Capital Markets lawyer in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction) The ability to take on a high level of responsibility and manage a challenging workload I am looking for an ambitious Capital Markets Lawyer to join this growing team.
