Overview
THE FIRM: Our client is a leading law firm with an excellent reputation, recognised as experts in its fields serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients. THE ROLE: A new role has arisen for an ambitious property finance lawyer to join a leading real estate finance team, working across a wide spectrum of real estate finance deals. You will be advising on a broad range of structured real estate finance deals, covering commercial development funding, joint venture funding and mortgage portfolio sales/acquisitions. THE CANDIDATE: To be considered you will be a property finance lawyer with 2-5 PQE and a proven track record of working on real estate finance gained at a national or City law firm. You will have good knowledge of real estate and finance concepts, and an understanding of the real estate finance market Experience of drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and a good working knowledge of the provisions of the LMA standard real estate finance documents are a prerequisite for the role. You will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have high levels of initiative and motivation with clear and concise communication skills.
