If you can relate to the above, look no further as I may have the perfect opportunity for you The role: Entry-level Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary: £22k-£25k basic uncapped commission Year 1: £35k OTE Year 2: £50k OTE Year 3: £75k OTE The role of an Entry-level Trainee Recruitment Consultant: It is completely realistic to earn at least £35k in your first 12 months in recruitment, this doesn’t come easy though. In recruitment, it really is 'you get back what you put in’ - which is a dream for a hardworking graduate. Typically, an Entry-level Trainee Recruitment Consultant will: Produce adverts to attract the top candidates in the market Source, interview and prep candidates Liaise with clients to build rapport and understand their requirements Match candidates with the best suited client Negotiate contracts Close deals and earn commission The company: Our client is one of the leading recruitment firms in London.
