Overview
Do you have experience working within the Travel Industry and a proven background of meeting/exceeding sales targets? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing Luxury Travel company, based in the London Bridge area. The role: You will be instrumental in assisting customers find the best luxury villa for them globally, closing sales and generating revenue. This company's customers are High and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, so you will need to have had direct experience of selling successfully to affluent customers. What you'll be responsible for: Meet sales targets, conversion targets and customer satisfaction scores Identify, qualify and convert enquiries into bookings; both inbound and outbound sales Provide an exceptional level of service to customers pre, during and post-stay Develop a portfolio of new and repeat customers; including generating inbound leads Identify key clients and establish a robust process for key client account management Input into overall sales process and suggest improvements Contribute energy and motivation to a cohesive culture What we're looking for: Experience of 2 years in a Travel Industry sales role Demonstrated history of generating sales and meeting targets Commercially-minded with a strong focus on both sales results & customer satisfaction Expertise and passion in two or more international destinations Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Impeccably organised and accurate in execution Team player Availability to work on a rotating shift which includes weekends Fluency in one or more European language (an advantage) The Package: The is a Monday - Friday (9-6pm) role, with the occasional Saturday.
