Business Development Executive Birmingham City Centre £24K Uncapped Commision My Client: The client has a background in building internationally successful mobile games, bringing software that uses the engaging properties of video games to boost engagement into the world of work, starting with sales environments. Offering a wide range of benefits and incentives, the company are looking for graduates and sales professionals to join this fast growing expanding company with immediate start Requirements: 2.2 Degree (or above) or graduate calibre Outbound B2C/B2B Sales Experience Ambition Motivation and drive Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) Ability to work well under pressure Have a strong competitive edge (those within sporting backgrounds tend to do well within this type of industry.) Resilience The ideal candidate may have experience within business development, telesales, resourcing, sales executive, recruitment, graduate recruitment, trainee recruitment. What's On Offer: Full Training Development Programme Full Career Development Programme Extensive support, advice and guidance from highly successful Consultants, Managers and Directors £24,000 starting base salary uncapped commission Uncapped commission can lead to On Target Earnings of £35,000 in Year 1, £55,000 in Year 2 and £75,000 in Year 3.
