From day one you will be given your own desk to run and will be responsible for building your business. For example, are you a tech head and want to work alongside top talent from the IT world? Maybe you have come from a Financial background and would feel comfortable in placing Credit Controllers. Or do you fancy sinking your teeth into something more unusual such as Procurement or Logistics? In this high performing sales culture, you will be responsible for the end to end process of recruitment including screening candidates, interviewing, referencing, business development and building relationships. What you’ll need to succeed To succeed on this desk, you will need to be organised, adapt to change, persistent and resilient.
