Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the UK’s leading ovarian cancer charity within the growing fundraising team. Target Ovarian Cancer is a dynamic and fast moving charity dedicated to improving early diagnosis, finding new treatments and providing much needed support for women with ovarian cancer. We are looking for a self motivated and ambitious person who is looking to develop their career in this exciting area of fundraising. With a new Development Board and a growing list of prestigious and influential senior volunteers we need help in ensuring we have the right support in place to make the most of the opportunities in our pipeline. You will liaise with our researchers and service delivery colleagues to collect information and impact data on our projects to help develop compelling proposals, grant applications, reports and donor communications. You will be given ample opportunity to develop and gain experience through working on prospect research, helping with major donor events, written applications and proposals and helping with managing stewardship journeys. You will also have your own portfolio of donors and foundations that you will work towards your own targets for. You will be joining a team with big ambitions, so this is the place to be if you want to learn and grow.
