I am working on behalf of a leading arts organisation in Birmingham who is hoping to appoint a Development Director on a permanent basis.This senior leadership opportunity in one of the UK's most successful cultural organisations will suit an ambitious individual with significant experience, excited about inspiring a highly skilled and equally ambitious team.As Development Director you will be responsible for the organisations ongoing charitable, artistic and educational activity. However, this role will focus on leading and delivering an ambitious capital appeal, launching 2021To be considered for this very exciting opportunity you will need to have outstanding stakeholder management skills and a broad understanding of high value fundraising.
