Overview
Edenbrook Partners is a rapidly growing executive insurance recruitment business. We headhunt across all the insurance sectors and job functions from junior to senior level recruiting in the UK, USA, Middle East, Asia and Europe. We are an established, successful Executive Headhunting organisation with an enviable reputation for providing high calibre candidates to our clients in a wide range of industry sectors. We are currently looking to expand our delivery team, with this in mind we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic, high-level communicator. The role will involve filling vacancies generated by a separate consulting team, so it is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get in to recruitment/headhunting without the pressure of new business sales targets. Duties to include: Mapping industries and companies through telephone research Networking across market places Internet research using social media and business networking sites Approaching candidates in relation to specific roles Telephone interviewing Communicating with senior level executives Identifying and following up sales leads Producing written reports As you progress: Interviewing senior level candidates face to face Preparing client pitches and being part of the bid team You will need: High level verbal and written communication skills Excellent telephone manner A high level of confidence, motivation and resilience Experience in a telephone based role would help but we are willing to take raw graduates or people looking to change career on a trainee basis, as long as you are highly organised and confident communicating at all levels, with bags of enthusiasm and motivation.
