Your new role As a Recruitment Consultant within the Cardiff office, you will manage your business sector approaching the best talent and representing them in the market place. In addition to speaking with talented professionals about their working requirements you'll then make sales calls to prospective employers to discuss the skill sets they're looking to add to their team. To help provide the upmost quality of service to our clients, we meet all applicants to assess both their hard and soft skill sets to make the most appropriate match for their situation. Training on this will be provided. We are currently recruiting mainly into the Marketing, Procurement, Education and Office Support teams however, the team that you join will be determined throughout the interview process. What you'll need to succeed There is no blue print for being a successful recruitment consultant in terms of your career history however you must have previous sales experience alongside a full UK driving licence and come with a wide range of transferable skills including: Effective communication skills (both internal and external communications) A passion to deliver the highest quality of service Resilience Determination Competitive A full UK driving licence is essential We can train you on our systems with our dedicated systems team as part of our 4-week training programme which includes a full week training course; this market leading course will be delivered by our specialist training team and will be tailored to the type of recruitment that you are doing to ensure that you get the most out of it.
