Overview
We are currently seeking a super consultative New Homes Sales Negotiator to sell off plan for a high-end developer based in Andover, Hampshire. You will be located on one of their most premium developments which consists of stunning, bespoke family homes. Our client is looking for this New Homes Sales Negotiator to start mid-April 2020 and this will be a temporary contract with an excellent commission structure in place for the right person. To be considered for the role you must have proven experience New Homes Sales experience and a background selling to HNWI's. We want to speak with driven, consultative Sales professionals with exceptional communication skills. The Responsibilities of a temporary New Homes Sales Consultant: Meeting and greeting customers Assisting the sales team and generating leads Basic administrative duties Taking telephone enquiries Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard Updating the database when required The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should: Have New Homes or Property experience Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Have strong administration skills Be flexible to working weekends Be willing to work well as part of a team Be self-motivated and be able to take direction from senior members of staff
