Chef de Partie - Luxury 5 Star Hotel Surrey Our Client: Do you want to work somewhere special & be part of an amazing team? If so we would love to hear from you. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our client, an ultra-Luxury 5-star Hotel based in Surrey and with excellent links into London. With 3 stunning restaurants offering a variety of stylish modern food, state of the art kitchens, an amazing kitchen garden and world class training for Chefs this is an opportunity you do not want to miss! The Individual: * We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie from a luxury hotel and or restaurant background to compliment this team. * As a Chef de Partie, you will be given the opportunity to work across all areas of the hotel from the fine dining, to brasserie, to room service and banqueting, gaining the very best training and working in a team passionate about creating exceptional dishes. * The Chef de Partie will have experience of training junior chefs and display loyalty and resilience in the workplace. You will have a passion for learning and enjoy working in high class kitchens using fresh and locally sourced produce.
