Indoor Sales Executive London - Docklands Salary £25-27k Telesales | Driven | B2B | High-energy | Positive | Competitive | Relationship Builder We are working with a growing logistics company who are passionate and professional in the services they offer around logistic solutions in the UK and Europe. They have a new and very exciting opportunity for someone who is hungry to succeed and earn. A relationship builder with a B2B background who has excellent telesales skills. Ideally, you will have experience of working in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry but non-industry specific backgrounds will be considered. The focus is to secure someone who has strong B2B telesales experience. We are looking for a door opener, someone who can reach out to customers and create sales opportunities. Someone very driven, focussed and tenacious. The Role: Heavy outbound B2B telephone sales calls Lead sourcing and cold calls Qualify prospects and deal with appropriately to achieve the desired outcome (appointment/account) Develop new sales to grow the Sameday, Next Day and International customer base. Credit check all prospects. Keep accurate, detailed and up-to-date records on CRM system Work on campaigns and sector days Process inbound enquires Demonstrate understanding of clients and services with the objective of specific campaigns and new sales. Provide training via the telephone to new customers on systems. Complete administrative tasks related to sales activity. Skills/experience: Experience of outbound sales calling or customer service experience. Possess excellent planning, communication and organisational skills Sameday, Next Day and International sales experience preferred (training will be provided to the right candidate) Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner Proven track record in sales preferred. Excellent attention to detail Computer literate and experience in database navigation with the use of company systems, DA, X3 and Smart Consign. (Training Provided) Confident and self-motivated Friendly personality able to work on own initiative and as part of a focused sales team driving new sales activity. Able to multi-task in a busy sales environment In return…. Basic salary £25-27k depending on experience Commission structure - to be discussed at interview. 20 days holiday bank/public holidays.
