Overview
Do you have 2 or more years' experience within the Travel Industry? Are you based out in Kent and looking to avoid the London commute? We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a passionate and driven team based out in Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for selling personalised tailor-made travel itineraries to a wide range of clients, covering worldwide destinations. Key Accountabilities: Daily allocation of enquires to qualify and quote, either on the phone, via email, or in person Maintain excellent customer service levels at all times Perform consistently and reach and exceed sales and conversion targets set Produce engaging, informative and sales driven quotes, add value and uphold our brand guidelines Assist the admin team by loading bookings and dealing with queries and amendments Take part in an out of hours call rota (usually one week per month) Occasional weekend/evening work may be required on a fair rota basis Skills & Experience Proven sales track record Experience of worldwide sales Strong destination knowledge, covering popular locations Excellent organisational skills Performance driven Ability to problem solve and multi-task Previous experience in the travel industry (Travel Agency or Tour Operator) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary and Package: £19,000 - £25,000 Monday - Friday (with the occasional evening/weekend on call) INTERESTED?
