You will be creating trips of a lifetime for your customers - most of these holidays will be tailormade and the destination list is vast. A lot of your time will be spent working on North American itineraries but they have send their customers everywhere The list of their destinations is extensive and every one of them stunning. You will be working on all incoming enquiries through to part of the administration process too. It is a target driven environment but this is not a hard sell. Service is key. Travel Consultant - What experience do I need ? It is essential that you have sold holidays previously - ideally for a tour operator but if for a travel agency then that is great too. If you are an American Specialist then that would be ideal Your destination knowledge worldwide is important too - where have you travelled to? Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know? Well there is a gym on site with yoga and HIT classes, there is a real team spirit that is hard to beat. The pay is competitive and there is a focus on well being at this organisation so you will be well looked after. The product is out of this world and there is always a thorough and full induction given making you really feel part of the team. There are well being days and 22 days holiday. This is also a Monday to Friday role at the moment. You could be based in Tunbridge Wells or Maidstone.
