Marketing Manager - Travel This travel business have 30 years' experience in delivering incredible holidays. They have just gone through some brand alignment and are looking for a Marketing Manager to strategically plan a rolling 12-month marketing plan for their Leisure brand. Marketing Manager - What will I be doing? You will be plan a rolling 12 month marketing plan to deliver the Department's business goals and be accountable for the delivery of all activity within the plan. The key objectives will be: To increase engagement and produce enquiries made by the existing client base You will constantly update the plan so that there is a rolling and relevant 12-month ahead plan at any point in time. Take responsibility for the entire customer life cycle Generate repeat client engagement as well as new client engagement Ensuring that quality client feedback is obtained through review platforms Work with the Web & Digital team to internally co-manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing campaigns, and report on results Identify advertising, PR and award opportunities Production of collateral, including newsletters, booklets, brochures, and all other marketing materials, whilst liaising with designers and printers Produce and proofread all content for Leisure travel Develop social channels content and increasing presence on social media platforms Marketing Manager - What experience do I need? It is essential that you have proven experience of creating and delivering Marketing (both online and offline) and PR strategy Excellent proofreading and creative writing skills Excellent MS Office skills Excellent budget management and negotiation skills A 'can do' approach where full accountability will be taken for delivering and measuring the success of marketing activity Proven experience of working with designers and external digital agencies in order to deliver return on investment Marketing Manager - What else do I need to know?
