Job Title: Telesales Account Manager. £20,000 -£22,000 OTE £28,000 - £30,000 Job Purpose: Are you a driven salesperson who enjoys the buzz of gaining new business? My client is looking for someone to support their Sales management team through Pro-active business development (Account management). You will be reporting directly to the Executive PA of the sales director. Key Duties: Booking appointments for the Area sales manager Keeping in touch with the key personnel & developing these accounts further. Telephone calls to customers to build relationships & business retention. Price enquiries, preparing and sending out quotes Sales and hire enquiry progression Maintain & update CRM system Key Competencies: Must have proven Telesales experience Excellent communication skills Ability to build relationships with customers and potential customers Previous experience of CRM program an advantage
