Requirements * Previous experience as a strategic lead of large Global/EMEA PR communications programmes for pharmaceutical clients * Experienced in leading a portfolio of client work of around 1m * Worked on integrated communications programmes across different health/pharma brands, disease areas and communities * Input to growing a team and feeding it culturally * Evidence of strong client counsel, consultancy and partnership, preferably in a similar communications agency * Collaborative, passionate, hardworking and willing to get stuck in to deliver brilliant work * Strong line manager, with experience of fostering a coaching culture * Cares about supporting and developing people to be the best they can be * Commercially astute * Positive, growth mindset Why join BCW Healthcare?
