Overview
One of the UK's leading property management consultancy's has a Senior Surveyor opportunity across a trophy office and industrial portfolio. Working alongside a reputable client, you'll be responsible for their Trophy Office and Industrial portfolio, conducting lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge budgets. The role will require you to directly communicate with institutional fund management clients and supervisor a number of other property managers and on site staff. MRICS is not essential but you will have at least 3 years property management experience working across an office portfolio. You will be well remunerated for the job in hand.
