Senior Chartered Surveyor required – Ipswich/Suffolk - Traditional Private Practice with Broad Professional Workload – £45-50k Basic Salary to start plus commission and benefits Our client is a truly independent, multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors servicing both the residential and commercial sectors across East Anglia, with a number suitably located offices throughout the region. Due to ever increasing demand, they are now seeking a Senior Chartered Surveyor, experienced in the following professional work, for their Ipswich office: RICS Homebuyer Reports Residential Building Surveys Commercial Land / Building Valuations Dilapidations / Schedules of Condition Building Pathology Reports Residential Development Advice and Valuations (Helpful but not essential) The successful Senior Chartered Surveyor will enjoy a £45-50k basic salary to start with fee related bonuses worth an additional £20-30k per annum plus a company car and 25 days holiday to start (plus public). Flexible, split home/office working is available for the successful senior chartered surveyor and there is genuine scope for upward movement within the business.
