Overview
An opportunity for a development manager to join this strategic residential developer to work across some of their key sites. About the client; This master developer currently has circa 6 strategic sites under development which comprises of circa 25,000 homes, schools, commercial hubs and sport and public space. Their key target market is 100 miles radius from the M25 and have no intention of venturing into the London market. Gross development pipeline of circa £15bn. About the role; As a development manager you will be working across their range of live sites as well as working under the Development Director on leading and packaging up deals. This is the key part of the role, packaging up deals alongside obtaining planning permission and monitoring site progress. About you; Our client is more interested in personality and cultural fit than having a certain criteria re experience. Having said that, ideally, they want their development managers to have a strong track record of buying and selling land be it with a developer and/or agency.
