Overview
Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a new Property Manager position with one of the UK's leading commercial management companies. You will be working on a retail portfolio including some High Street, Shopping Centre and retail parks across London and the South East. Duties will include, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge budgets and property inspections as well as having general property management responsibilities. As well as this you will work closely with the Asset Managers to build relationships. You will be looking to build on a successful career as a senior surveyor or similar position and RICS qualified is preferred although not essential.
