Overview
Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a new Property Manager position with one of the UK's leading commercial management companies. You will be working on a leading large institutional fund, managing a mixed-use portfolio of office and industrial assets. Managing client relationships and all portfolio matters such as monthly client reports, quarterly KPI reporting, working closely with Asset Managers and tenants to maintain and build strong relationships. You'll be wanting to build on your experience as a Senior Surveyor and will ideally be MRICS qualified or hold equivalent experience.
