Role: BDM Location: Epson, Surrey Salary: c£40k Bonus Benefits The Candidate: Are you a capable, talented salesperson with a history of sales success? For all salespeople close to Epsom who are looking to grow from within a well-established business look no further. We require a capable, talented sellers to join globally leading wholesale business in the SE. Utilising your experience with both business development and account management, you will use your sales skills to develop new business, on-board new clients, and manage a portfolio of accounts to maximise the revenue generation opportunities from your pipeline. The Role: Operating out of Epsom, Surrey you will report directly into the Sales Director as you harness your sales skills & enthusiasm to make a real difference to the companies' bottom line and for your team. You will be expected to build a sales pipeline, prospect new business and on-board new clients for a renowned wholesale ingredient sourcing company. The industry is complex, fast-moving and unpredictable, so your experience juggling multiple leads, closing consultative deals, and handling sales challenges will be imperative for this opportunity. You will be in control of your time, utilising your network in order to generate new business leads. You will then travel in the field, meeting with your prospects, providing them with what they need as you on-board new logo business. Requirements: • Energetic, driven and tenacious attitude • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience • Ability to track sales activity accurately • Approach sales opportunities consultatively • Able to generate pricing based on a number of factors (market rate, currency etc) • Achieve KPI's and revenue targets • Generate leads, book meetings, on-board prospects and manage the accounts one on-boarded.
