CPG Middle Office Manager
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Contribute to strategic decision making process and work with the business to define and prioritize the project agenda Produce implementation plans and timelines covering all aspects of a project cycle Provide regular updates to senior management Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications where required Partner with Operations, Technology and Front Office groups globally within the company to define and implement new requirement Chair PWGs and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders Ensure effective communication of all change Support the development of Project Management best practice within the team Significant Investment Banking experience Ability to demonstrate both traditional and agile based Project Management skills Strong background of understanding end to end lifecycle of Rates Derivatives including product knowledge, trade capture, PnL/Risk Good understanding of pricing Collateral Management practices including understanding ISDA documentation Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as understanding complex flows Attention to detail and investigative skills Good communication skills including experience of interaction with senior management Ability to clearly define and articulate business requirements Works well with others and is a good team player Strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure Experience in working with technology development teams during build and implementation phases of requirements
