SALES EXECUTIVE - BASIC SALARY £20,000, REALISTIC £35,000 OTE - POOLE We are proud to be recruiting for this modern & vibrant company, they are a very successful market leading & highly regarded business with offices in Poole & have shown recent exceptional growth. Our client is looking for successful, customer focused SALES EXECUTIVE who have a drive to succeed as well as a passion for sales. There is NO COLD CALLING as you will be contacting customers who have already shown interest in the product. If you are currently feeling undervalued by your manager or are just simply looking for a new challenge with fantastic earnings potential & career prospects, then this could be the role for you Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic £35,000 OTE. Working hours are Monday - Friday with the requirement to work one Saturday morning a month. The office location is very close to the main transport links & they also offer free parking. Role & Responsibilities: - Contact new & existing customers providing clear & appropriate information. - To work in a consultative sales environment. - To manage follow up calls & emails. - Sell ethically at all times. - To manage your diary effectively. The Ideal Person: - You will have excellent listening & communication skills. - You will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. - You will be able to build rapport & have excellent customer service skills. - You will have an excellent telephone manner. You will ideally have experience in an office based sales environment however this is not essential.
