Role: Insurance Sales Agent - Poole Location: Poole Salary: To £23,000 Uncapped bonus typically £500 to £1000pcm Hrs: Monday to Friday 9-5 Free parking The Role: The Insurance Sales Agent based in Poole will be providing advice to SME businesses on the most suitable levels of insurance cover, providing quotations and winning the business. Training on commercial insurance products will be given. Responsibilities: • Provide advice to business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements • Use a pipeline of leads qualified by an internal department in Poole to provide quotations and convert quotations into policies sold to achieve agreed sales agent plans and business objectives • The Insurance Sales Agent will develop strong relationships with Insurers and Underwriters, understanding appetites, classes and specific niche sectors • Promote, support and endorse Company Mission and Values to deliver a culture of pride, passion and expertise • Be conversant and compliant with all procedural requirements and internal control standards • Ensure adherence to Regulatory requirements in all areas, achieving these in the most efficient manner Benefits: • £20,000 - £23,000 (Average OTE £36,000) Excellent bonus plan • Free off-road parking • Targeted and team incentives • Social events throughout the year • Extra day off for your birthday • Cert CII qualifications paid for • Joint contribution pension scheme • Fun yet Professional working environment • Excellent Development and Career progression • Perks Package inc.
