Sales Manager Permanent Competitive Salary 10% bonus Europe ROW 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 8% Pension Poole (BH16) Our client is the world leader in heat exchangers. Their compact heat exchangers are used in the most demanding duties across a range of industries including: Power generation, LNG production and shipping, Marine propulsion, Oil & gas production, High performance cooling, Process industries. You will be Involved at bid stage and the commercials, winning business, then releasing to the project team to execute Sales Manager Key Duties This will be to predominately cover Europe, however when required support other sales offices and global travel may be required Provides significant sales expertise to lead regional sales programs and marketing initiatives Ensures profitable growth in sales revenues through planning and deployment Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve and company growth Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue for sales team and develops plans to ensure revenue growth for all products Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline Sales Manager Essential Experience 8 years of complex/consultative selling into highly regulated markets Experience in international sales Markets responsible for managing teams Degree level education, Bachelors or Masters, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline Thorough understanding and expertise in sales management Strong leadership and effective interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems and to analyse possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports Preferable current working knowledge of oil and gas industries, enabling you to achieve order intake targets at margins which promote business growth Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained Sales Manager Desired Knowledge or understanding of heat exchangers
