Overview

SmartNurture is an immersive edtech venture for young children in the preventative mental health space. The concept was a finalist in last year's London Business School Launchpad programme. Some more info about the idea is below: https://www.smartnurture.io Here is a video showing kids interacting with a basic prototype of our solution. Our current CTO has just had to step down due to other commitments. So we are looking for a new lead tech developer (preferably London based) to assist us with refining our vision and technology testing application (across AR Unity, VR & some other immersive applications), with the potential for a sizeable equity share if certain milestones are met. We're putting in an application to InnovateUK over the next few weeks and, subject to funding receipt, can provide a salary for a contractual tech feasibility assessment. As a summary, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills: - strong technology capabilities in immersive tech (especially Unity AR) - good leadership & people management skills (experience leading a freelance development team a plus) - knowledgeable about edtech and excited to work on a business with a social good mission - a strong ability to craft and execute a product / tech vision  It's an exciting project and our tech lead will also be a key interface with our 3D animation, content creation & UX partners.  If this conceptually sounds of interest or if you know someone who may be interested, please get in contact
