We work hard, and we value kindness, generosity and flexibility in the way we do everything.   About the role: We're looking for an ambitious marketing executive to join our growing team and support us in helping our clients grow fast. We're looking for someone to join us for 2 days/week with a view to increase it over time. We believe in working flexibly, and for work to fit around life, so we'd be happy for the 2 days to be spread across the week for it to accomodate your hobby, kids, other commitments.   Responsibilities: - complete weekly e-commerce performance reports - research and make recommendations on best practice in Conversion Rate Optimisation, Email Marketing and Content Marketing - research market sectors and report on competition activity - perform in-depth reports using customer data, Google Analytics and other sources - assist in client calls, take minutes and write follow up communication - laise with agency partners - digital marketing agencies, web development partners, PR agencies etc - to coordinate their work on behalf of clients - assist in developing strategies and tactics for clients   Requirements: - minimum 2-3 years experience in a fast paced, e-commerce business - experience in using Google Analytics, Mailchimp and other email guns, Social Media scheduling tools and other marktech - good understanding of best practice Email Marketing, Website UX, Social Media Marketing, PPC and Paid social media   Benefits: - flexible working - core hours are 10am - 3pm - and it's up to you when you work the rest of the time.
