There is an existing caseload in place for the successful IP Solicitor and they will have the chance to work on a broad array of matters including IP transactions, licensing, IP ownership, IP audits, as well as an aspect of corporate support work. REQUIREMENTS: An excellent academic background is essential, as is a number of years of experience working in non-contentious IP law at one of the other leading city or regional law firms. Consideration will also be given to candidates from niche IP practices. The successful IP Solicitor should display a tenacious and positive attitude with ambition and motivation to further their career and play a key role in the success of the team. Experience of successful business development and of supervising junior members of staff would also be an advantage.
