Overview
An exciting International firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team in London. This firm offers the opportunity to be involved in a broad mix of private M&A, private equity, public M&A and equity capital markets transactions. They also offer exposure to venture capital matters. The client base includes a mix of high end corporates and funds covering a range of sectors including technology, life sciences and also transport. You will need a minimum of 4PQE working in either a leading London City firm or an equivalent firm in another common law jurisdiction including either New Zealand or Australia.
