The company are a leader in Building Surveying, Party Wall and Rights of Light matters. They work in partnership with investors, developers, owners and tenants. The company work a huge variety of projects in both commercial and residential. This is a family company where everyone is made to feel like they are a part of it. The desire of the company is to build on its already known industry-leading specialism and spread this from Central London, Greater London out to other major cities within the UK. The London office has 20 employees and is looking to continue its recent growth where they have opened offices in other UK locations. You will be actively encouraged to share your thoughts and add any value possible to the company. Because of this you will enjoy a working environment that’s refreshing, exciting and dynamic. This role is for an industry specialist in Party Wall matters, this will be supported by you having a minimum of 5 years Party Wall industry experience. You will be the Senior Technical lead with all Party Wall matters. You will manage the team, and recruit new members, promote the company and as a result gain new business as well as retaining current clients.
